Why B2B SaaS teams reach out

Paid acquisition isn't delivering the growth you expected. The hard part is knowing why.

Maybe you're getting leads, but not enough real opportunities.

Maybe spend is climbing faster than pipeline.

Or maybe paid never became the growth channel you thought it would.

When the problem could be hiding in the channel mix, targeting, messaging, landing page or tracking, knowing what to fix first is the hard part.

These are usually the conversations that bring B2B SaaS teams to me.

We're spending, but pipeline isn't showing up.

Traffic and conversions don't mean much if they aren't turning into qualified opportunities.

The leads look fine. Sales says otherwise.

The ad account can look healthy while the people coming through aren't the buyers sales actually wants.

We've tried plenty of things. We still don't know what's broken.

New campaigns, audiences, creative and channels won't help much if you're solving the wrong problem.

We need someone senior to tell us what to fix first.

Someone who can look across the account, funnel and business goals, decide what matters, and then get the work done.

What changes

Make every dollar work harder before you spend the next one.

When you know what's creating pipeline and what isn't, the next move becomes much clearer.

You know what to fix, what to stop and where the next dollar should go.

  1. 01

    More qualified pipeline

More of the right companies turning into real opportunities, not simply more leads.

  2. 02

    Less wasted spend

Stop putting budget behind campaigns, audiences and channels that aren't contributing enough.

  3. 03

    A clearer next move

Know whether the answer is more budget, better messaging, a landing-page change, a different channel or something else entirely.

Why Advernomics

Senior strategy. Hands-on execution. Same person.

Hi, I'm Krishiv.

I've spent the last 9+ years running paid acquisition for B2B SaaS companies, from fixing accounts that weren't producing enough pipeline to scaling programs with serious budget behind them.

I started Advernomics because I wanted to offer the kind of paid acquisition partner I'd want on the other side: senior enough to challenge the strategy, but hands-on enough to get into the account and fix what's actually holding growth back.

9+ years across in-house, agency and consulting roles. My paid acquisition experience spans direct client engagements, in-house SaaS teams and hands-on account ownership during previous agency roles.

Why I built it this way

Strategy shouldn't get lost between the meeting and the account.

In a lot of agency relationships, the person shaping the strategy isn't always the person inside the account executing it.

That creates room for context to get lost between meetings, account management and execution.

Advernomics is deliberately simpler. When we decide what needs to change, I'm also the person getting into the account and making it happen.

Small client roster, by design

I only work with a limited number of B2B SaaS companies at a time.

That's how I stay close to the strategy, the numbers and the actual work.

What happens after you sign

From audit to action in the first few weeks.

No three-month strategy phase before anything changes. We diagnose the account, prioritize the biggest opportunities and start getting improvements live early.

Week 1

Audit, access & diagnosis

Access to the accounts, analytics and CRM, then a full read of:

  • Historical performance and account structure
  • Conversion tracking and landing pages
  • Budget allocation and past tests

Out of that: the immediate issues, the quick wins and the biggest constraint.

Week 2

Roadmap + first changes live

We agree on priorities and start implementing. Depending on the account:

  • Campaign restructuring and budget shifts
  • Targeting changes or new campaigns
  • Tracking fixes and messaging tests

The point is to start learning from real changes, not spend weeks producing a deck.

Weeks 3–4

Test, learn & build

Use the early data to refine the strategy.

Launch priority tests, build what is missing and start shifting budget toward the strongest signals.

Ongoing

Optimize & scale

Continuous campaign management, testing, budget allocation, reporting and strategy.

When something works, put more behind it. When it doesn't, understand why and move on.

Working together

What people say about working with me.

The results matter. So does being someone your team actually wants to work with.

He treats each account as if it was his own business.

I cannot say enough good things about Krishiv Trehan. He takes his work seriously and pours his heart and soul into each client he works with. I'm continuously impressed with the lengths he will go to solve problems and find solutions to meet or exceed the results he is trying to achieve. He is a fast learner who thinks outside the box and you can always count on him to bring fresh ideas to the table.

FAQ

A few things you might want to know.

What kind of companies do you work with?

B2B SaaS companies with established product-market fit that want paid acquisition to contribute more meaningfully to pipeline and revenue.

How much should we already be spending?

I typically work with companies investing at least $10,000 per month in paid acquisition.

Below that, there often isn't enough scale for a hands-on management engagement to make financial sense.

Does paid acquisition need to already be working?

No.

Some companies come to me because paid has plateaued. Others have tried it without getting the results they expected. And some know paid should become an important growth channel but need senior expertise to figure out how.

What matters more is that you've found product-market fit and have enough budget to test, learn and improve.

Which channels do you manage?

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads and ChatGPT Ads.

The right mix depends on your buyers, business model, sales cycle and what the data tells us. If another channel doesn't make sense, I won't recommend one just to make the strategy look bigger.

How does pricing change as our ad spend grows?

I don't charge a percentage of media spend.

Most engagements fall between $4,000 and $6,000 per month depending on the scope and complexity of the acquisition program. Increasing your ad budget doesn't automatically increase my fee.

Do you create ad creatives?

I handle messaging, ad copy, angles and creative direction.

If custom design, animation or video production is required, I'll work with your existing designer or creative team.

How often do we meet?

One scheduled strategy call each month, alongside ongoing async collaboration through Basecamp.

If something genuinely needs a call, we'll have one. I don't add meetings simply to make a retainer look busy.

Do you require a long-term contract?

No. Month-to-month engagements are available. If you'd rather commit quarterly, you'll receive a 10% discount.

How quickly should we expect results?

It depends on where you're starting, your sales cycle, the amount of historical data available and what needs to change.

I'll move quickly on obvious opportunities, but the goal is to build performance that holds up as you scale rather than chase short-lived wins.
