Information you provide. Your name, email address, company, phone number and any details you share when you book a call, email us, or engage our services.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, pages viewed, time spent on them, and the date and time of your visit.

Marketing and campaign data. Where you arrived from, including advertising campaign parameters attached to a click.

Client business data. Where we provide services, we access advertising, analytics and CRM accounts belonging to our clients. That data is processed solely to deliver the engagement.

To respond to enquiries and hold booked calls. To provide, maintain and improve our services. To perform our contractual obligations and manage billing. To understand which marketing channels work and to follow up with people and companies who have shown interest in working with us. To comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data.

We operate from India and our service providers operate internationally. Your data may therefore be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States, the European Union and India.

We keep enquiry and client correspondence for as long as we have a working relationship and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Website analytics is retained on the default schedules of the tools described above. Identified visitor records are deleted on request.

You may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy of it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates are published on this page with a revised date at the top. Material changes will be made clear.
